To guarantee enrollment, a signed contract for the new school year must be submitted.  All signed contracts for current families are due by August or December 1st of the current school year.  Please note that the tuition deposit is not refundable once the signed contract is submitted.  Current families will be billed a registration and activity fee at the beginning of each year.

  • Activity Fee $75 (one time fee)
  • Late Program Fees: $50 if paid more than 12 days after due date
  • Late pick up $5 for each 15 minutes of extra time after dismissal



For new and continuing students, the registration fee will be charged annually at the beginning of our school year. Each year from March – May, we accept pre-enrollment applications from our currently enrolled students, which will hold your space for the following school year. Non completion of forms could relinquish your child’s spot to another prospective student. To apply, simply complete the registration form, submit your medical records and a non-refundable registration fee of $200 for the September-June school year. Summer applicants follow the same procedures.

Monthly tuition rates will vary depending on your selected payment schedule. All tuition rates are the same amount each month regardless of holiday closures etc. You will also be notified of any additional billing, such as late fee, etc. Checks, cash and credit cards are accepted. Registration and activity fees will be included on your first month’s invoice.

After the 12th day of each month, tuition is delinquent: a $50 late fee plus $10 for every 7 day period will be applied to tuition until paid in full. All payments which include Tuition, Registration, and Activities fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Use your discretion when paying for tuition in advance. A $40 fee will be charged for each returned check. If for any reason it should become necessary to obtain payment through legal action, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred. Any additional fees will be added to the total payment due.


Families with more than one child enrolled receives a 10% discount on the tuition total. Tuition paid in full for the entire school year will also receive a 5% discount.


No refunds are given for sick days taken, vacations, public holidays, government proclaimed closures, or weather closures
